What will your day look like?

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining the overall technical structure of a client project. Identifying client requirements by researching and analyzing client needs by studying the concept, strategy, and vision for the project including architectural schemes, features, functionality, creating user scenarios, preparing data models, designing information structure, workflows, working out technical specifications and test methods. You will be creating implementation plans and estimates for new and existing clients.

You will work closely with the client together with project managers, application consultants, developers, designers, data specialists and more. You will be responsible for implementing the architecture in corporation with the project team using agile methodologies like Scrum.

Some of the main tasks you can expect to be involved in:

  • You will participate in daily scrum meetings
  • You will be contributing to deliver Adobe Campaign and Salesforce projects
  • You will provide feedback, summary and information about projects situation
  • Breaking down large scale projects into manageable chunks
  • Working out which solution to use based on cost benefit analysis and research
  • Agreeing plans with the client
  • Explaining to designers and developers what's required and overseeing the progress

What do you bring to the party?

You are an ambitious architect, who contributes to achieving the high quality/level, which we constantly strive for. You are able to understand the complexity of high-tech dialogue solutions.

Because you will be working from beginning to end on each project, it’s essential to understand all aspects of each system, from both a business and technical point of view. This means having a full working knowledge of technologies such as SQL, XML, JSON, JavaScript, HTML and CSS as well as knowledge of one or more programming languages.

The ideal candidate will have a previous experience gained at an agency, working with digital sales and/or marketing solutions, experience in Workflow Engines, having good English skills and between 4-6 years’ experience as an architect or technical consultant. Marketing domain knowledge could be a “nice to have” capability.

You are on top level when it comes to understanding and designing database design and modeling.
As a person you are outgoing, self-motivated and will always make sure you are up-to-date with your project. You contribute to the working environment with a positive attitude, are always helpful and labelled as a team player.

You have worked with client based projects and know how to service clients as well as understanding how to turn business requirements into technical solutions. You will often have a consulting role when meeting clients and as a member of a project team. This means you are not afraid to speak in meetings or to express your views to the solutions. You are a very good communicator who is able to explain complex technical solutions in simple business language, are able to handle deadlines within agreed budget.
